With the Advent season the liturgical year of Christianity begins. The Advent is the preparation time for the Christmas festival. Like the Lenten season the Advent season is also characterized by constraint and renunciation.  Only the sundays are excluded. In the liturgy of Advent the organ is played only to support the choral singing and should not be played alone.
